Digital product refunds

Digital Viking sells downloadable digital products. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at jdmarrs@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, there is no return address, return shipment, or return shipping cost. We assess requests based on whether access or downloading has begun and the circumstances of the purchase.

We will provide a replacement file, restore access, or issue a refund when a file is defective, inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, materially different from its description, or purchased more than once by mistake.

Change-of-mind refunds are available before downloading or accessing the product. After access or download begins, change-of-mind refunds might not be available, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider can take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
