Digital product terms

These terms apply when you browse Digital Viking or purchase a digital product from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this store.

Orders and payment

Product descriptions, prices, and included files are shown on the relevant product page. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.

Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Delivery timing and access support are described in our Digital delivery policy.

License

Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or internal business use. You may modify templates or code for your own use and keep reasonable backup copies.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or upload the original files, or use them to create a competing product that substantially reproduces the purchased content. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with Digital Viking or the identified rights holder.

Product use and results

Our products are practical educational and operational resources. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Results depend on your implementation, tools, data, market, and judgment; no specific business, search, revenue, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store or its products unlawfully, interfere with store security or operation, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of another person.

Liability
