Digital delivery policy
Digital Viking sells instant digital downloads. We do not ship physical products.
Access timing
- After successful checkout, access instructions are provided by email and on the order confirmation page.
- Most customers can download immediately. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by spam filters.
What you receive
- A downloadable package (typically ZIP) for each purchased product
- Practical files such as worksheets, guides, prompts, or starter code
- A GETTING-VALUE checklist and license terms inside most packages
If you cannot access your files
- Check spam/promotions folders for the order email
- Confirm the email address used at checkout
- Contact us with your order number via the Contact page
